Meet Jacky
Jacky volunteered for 18 years in prison ministry working with the chaplain where she led worship and taught small group Bible studies. She worked as a nurse and caregiver for over 35 years. She was studying with the Institute of Children's Literature when she felt called into writing inspirational stories for children and young adults.
She enjoys music, plays both guitar and piano, and has written a lifetime of songs from her many life experiences. She is married and has one daughter and a rescue kitty named Copper.
